Recently DTS installed (2) new GCP (Global Chiller Platform) 100kW models at a medical processing plant using cyclotrons. This facility specifically uses cyclotrons to create and process medical-grade radioactive isotopes for targeted cancer therapy. These isotopes pinpoint and destroy cancer cells while sparing healthy tissue.

Cyclotron chillers remove the heat generated by critical components like the magnet, RF system, power supplies, and target assemblies to keep the system operating at stable temperatures. The GCP models maintain precise temperature control, helping to protect sensitive equipment, improve beam stability, and support consistent isotope production. 

DTS chillers provide reliability, performance, and help extend equipment life in cyclotron applications.
