DTS Services Help Maintain Performance

Description: When start-up service is purchased, a DTS Certified Contractor will be dispatched to your site to be in attendance during the initial use of your equipment, or after re-installation if unit(s) have been relocated or installed with new process equipment. Start-up Service is not installation service.

Description: Koolant Koolers chillers are sold across the globe; often bundled with other manufacturers’ equipment. In order to provide a reliable chiller service network across the United States and bordering areas, we ask our customers to register their chiller’s site location with our Service Department. Product registration is quick and easy, yet provides peace of mind knowing there is a Certified Contractor available locally to maintain optimal performance of your process. 

Description: Our refurbishment center allows chillers to be returned to our facility to be evaluated, cleaned, repaired and factory tested to the designed specifications. Finding the right parts for chillers can be confusing.  When you buy a DTS chiller, simply call our trained Parts Department at Dimplex Thermal Solutions. We will get you all the parts that you need for your chiller. DTS also offers accessories such as anti-back flow kits, filter kits, and flow meters for your unit. We are able to ship almost every item the same day you order.  
 

DTS also offers spare parts lists for your chillers. If down time is not an option and your application is “Mission Critical”; we will create a list detailed specifically for your chiller. To request a spare parts listing, please call or email the Parts Department with your model number and serial number. We will send a detailed parts listing to your attention, FREE of charge. 

DTS has a Certified Contractor Network that covers Canada, Mexico and USA.  We have developed a Certified Contractor program in order to be able to quickly address and take care of our customer’s needs.  We have vetted each of our certified contractors and enter into contracts with them in order to provide quality, professional, timely service to our customers and their customers.
