Heat Exchanges for 'A' Series Units
Fixed Bundle Heat Exchanger
Standard construction of stainless steel tubes with steel shell and baffles. Available in non-ferrous materials or all stainless steel construction. Designed for high efficiency, long life and minimum fouling.
Cleanable Heat Exchanger
Constructed with heavy channel sides and stainless steel tubes to resist abrasion. Used where blockage due to contamination from swarf, chips or scale could occur. The sides can be removed without the need to remove coolant or refrigerant connections.
Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger
Nickel or copper brazed
Air Cooled Remote Mounted Condenser
Designated with an R in the unit model number. Units are designed as two sections with the condenser being designed for a remote location installation such as rooftop, outdoors, or in a separate room. The purpose is to eliminate the heat rejection into the process area and reduce the noise level.
