Laser Installation Tips:

  • Piping to and from chiller to process should be of non-ferrous construction
  • Outdoor installations for glycol only designs anything else a special design must be used
  • Distance chiller is located from process should be noted
  • Overhead piping will require anti-back flow kit

  • Water should be clean and 100 micron or better
  • Bacteria inhibitors should be used and should be noted when quoting since many inhibitors create problems with seals.
  • De-ionized water, for water qualities over 200,000 M-ohms resistivity only plastic or stainless steel should be used
