Dimplex Thermal Solutions (DTS) was formed in 2006 by combining two premiere chiller manufacturers with over a century of experience Koolant Koolers and Schreiber Engineering. Under the brands of Koolant Koolers and Schreiber Chillers, DTS will continue to provide both custom and standard chilling solutions for a variety of market segments and applications.

As part of the Glen Dimplex group of companies, DTS offers the agility of a small company and the financial stability and depth of an actively involved corporate parent. Founded in 1973, Glen Dimplex is now the world's largest electrical heating business and holds significant market positions in the domestic appliance industry worldwide. With annual sales of nearly $2.0 billion, the group employs 8,500 people.

Through a cooperative effort with our German-based sister company Riedel, DTS has emerged as the world leader in cooling technology by bringing a broad range of products, services and 24-hour support to the global market. Riedel is internationally recognized as a specialist for liquid cooling and air conditioning and provides yet another level of support and capability to our clients a benefit particularly important to our multinational customers.

With over 100 team members, Dimplex Thermal Solutions boasts two manufacturing facilities one located on the west coast in suburban Los Angeles and the second located at the corporate headquarters in Kalamazoo, MI. With quality and the customer in mind, each location is designed for quick-turnaround and optimized quality. Each plant's layout allows for a smooth flow of product and information from receiving, through sheet metal, fabrication, wiring, product testing, and finishing. Dimplex Thermal Solution's manufacturing locations are run by our team leaders and their team members, which allows for quick, empowered decision making, translating into the most practically designed, and cost effective chiller in the industry.

To support the customized designs required by our customers, our engineering department is structured for strong project management, providing one source of information for design, project status, and execution. Each of our head engineers assume control of a project from the time the purchase starts to the moment the chiller is installed and running. We don't shirk from responsibility, our engineers own that chiller.
