Our Filter-Chiller Combination unit accomplishes both tasks easily and provides the reliability and comfort of a single source solution. This combined unit provides both systems in a smaller footprint, with reduced energy consumption and lower cost outlay when compared to the two component solution. The combined unit has only one controller performing the functions of both sides of the operation. Our plug and play design and ease of start-up make selection and installation simple. Our service team offers twenty-four hour service as well as maintenance plans, to ensure that your machine provides
uninterrupted filtration and cooling.

Standard Specifications:
• Plug & Play - all equipment and controls included in base unit (with exception of connecting ducting,
   hoses and cords).
• Chiller specification - single circuit laser chiller (including spark arrestor and simple duct connections).
• Capacity ratings based on 104o F ambient and rated at 60Hz.
• Filters sized for 0.95:1 air-to-cloth ratio.
• Nanofiber, fire-retardant, MERV 15 cartridge filters. Minimum 99% of the air flows through the filters.
• Spark arrestor baffles and fire suppression attachment coupling standard on all models.
• Premium VFD blower allows for reduced airflow cleaning and serves to minimize noise, energy consumption,
   and filter wear.
• Purge function is initiated by a pressure drop across the filters and minimum and maximum purge frequency.
• Finished in powder coated, lightly textured black.
• Electrical panels are built to UL 508A and CSA 22.2 No. 14. Listings optional.


Options:
• Chiller options include secondary optics loop, dual hydraulic circuits, DI, flow & liquid level switches,
   and communication capabilities via IP and cell phone connection.
• Filter/dust collector options include airflow display.
• HEPA filtration available. HEPA to be sized for maximum 500 fpm.
• Feed Forward for added temperature stability.
• Additional voltages available upon request.
